Job Requirements
Higher vocational training in Administration, Commerce, Logistics or related field, or 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environments performing similar functions.
Intermediate level of French and/or advanced level of English.
**Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (very high proficiency):** pivot tables, data extraction.
SAP system knowledge is desirable.
Understanding of industrial processes.
Inventory and warehouse management, as well as procurement.
**Proactive:** decision-making ability and adaptability to change.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Plan and optimize our material and finished product flow to the end customer, while maintaining established stock levels and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Plan plant production according to monthly requirements.
Ensure uninterrupted material flow to support production without stockouts, in alignment with the production plan.
**Manage material flow:** initiate and verify necessary purchases between group plants or external suppliers, optimizing our production process based on requirements.
Confirm delivery timelines and ensure they are updated in the system.
Monitor and track procurement of all materials between warehouse and factory.
Maintain smooth communication with the commercial department, production team, and logistics team.
Handle logistics for all external deliveries and inter-plant shipments within the group.
Maintain seamless coordination among group factories, planners, and warehouses to ensure optimal execution of both production and logistics processes.
