Supply Chain Planner **Work Location:** Pontevedra **Contract Type:** Fixed Term **Remote/Hybrid/Onsite:** On\-site **Requisition ID:** 39726 Job Requirements Higher Vocational Training in Administration, Business, Logistics or similar, or 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environments performing similar functions. Intermediate level of French and/or advanced level of English. **Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced level):** pivot tables, data extraction. SAP knowledge is desirable. Understanding of industrial processes. Stock and warehouse management and procurement. **Proactive:** decision-making and change orientation. Key Responsibilities and Tasks Plan and optimize our material and finished product flow to the end customer, while maintaining established stock levels and ensuring customer satisfaction. Plan plant production according to monthly requirements. Be responsible for material flow to ensure uninterrupted production aligned with stock availability and production plan fulfillment. **Manage material flow:** initiate and verify necessary purchases between group plants or external suppliers, as required, optimizing our production process. Confirm delivery timelines and ensure they are up-to-date in the system. Monitor and track procurement of all materials between warehouse and factory. Maintain smooth communication with the commercial department, production team, and logistics team. Handle logistics for all external deliveries and inter-plant deliveries within the group. Ensure seamless coordination among group factories, planners, and warehouses to support both production and logistics processes effectively.
