Job Summary: As a Developer in the Customer Experience Unit, you will join a team that builds and develops digital channels and customer management applications for large enterprises. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsibility for coding and verification of complex programs. 2. Design, execution, and documentation of unit tests. 3. Quality control and resolution of errors in development. **ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?** ------------------------ As a **Developer**, you will join the **Customer Experience Unit**. In the Customer Experience Unit, we work on creating, developing, and expanding all types of digital channels and customer management applications for enterprises, covering the full lifecycle of any digital initiative in areas such as customer and employee experience, marketing, data and analytics, or integration. Our clients include major companies across sectors such as Telecom, Insurance, Banking, Industry, Tourism, Energy & Utilities, as well as the Public Sector. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- * You will be responsible for performing technical tasks requiring the necessary expertise to code and verify complex programs and/or modules based on technical specifications defined by business analysts, architects, or more experienced developers, ensuring their proper functionality. * You will carry out program coding and customization of required tools. * You will be responsible for designing, executing, documenting, and managing iterations of unit tests and their results. * You will ensure quality control of your developments by identifying and resolving coding and execution errors and incidents. * You will produce technical documentation and user manuals, adhering to the established methodology and based on the defined functional and technical design. * You will report to the Analyst and/or Project Manager any risks, incidents, or obstacles affecting project quality. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Education**: University degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Senior Engineering, Technical Engineering) or Vocational Training (FP) in the IT field. * **Languages**: Advanced English proficiency is desirable. * **Technical Knowledge** + Solid technical knowledge of the technologies used within the Unit, acquired through university education or Vocational Training (FP).
