At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, we are seeking a **Receptionist** for our **Playazimbali Hotel**, located in **Vera (Almería)**. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Welcoming, attending to, and providing personalized assistance to guests throughout their stay, offering information about hotel services and the surrounding area. * Managing and recording operational information in internal systems, ensuring effective tracking and support to other departments. * Informing guests about and managing bookings for supplementary services and activities to enhance their experience. * Administering reservations, check\-in, and check\-out processes, ensuring accurate updates of the property’s occupancy status. * Attending to, managing, and following up on requests, incidents, and complaints according to chain protocols, guaranteeing proper resolution. * Issuing invoices and managing payments for services rendered, in accordance with applicable rates and authorized payment methods. **What do we expect from you?** * Studies in Tourism or equivalent qualification supporting your vocation for customer service. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience performing similar duties. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Advanced English language skills (French and other languages are highly valued!). **What do we offer?** * **Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract**. * **Full-time working hours**. * Opportunity to join an established hotel chain. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * **Exclusive benefits**, including discounts at our properties, health insurance partnerships, banking agreements, and much more...
