To strengthen our Quality and Food Safety team, we are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in the fruit and vegetable sector, having worked with major certifications such as Global Gap, Spring, and BRCGS. The ideal profile includes a university degree, knowledge of quality standards, intermediate to advanced English (B2), and advanced proficiency in MS Office. The position is based at our central headquarters in Pulpí, so it is essential to reside nearby or be able to commute there regularly. We are looking for professionals passionate about their work, accustomed to handling high workloads, and interested in growing within the company. Compensation will depend on the candidate's profile and experience. Main responsibilities include: - Monitoring and analysis of non-conformities and customer complaints. - Collaborating with management in developing the product and process control testing plan and tracking obtained results. - Participating in reviews of the quality manual/quality management system. - Delivering and managing internal departmental training. - Conducting internal inspections and audits of facilities and cultivation farms. - Scheduling audits with certification bodies to verify implemented protocols. - Carrying out external audits for quality protocol certification, providing necessary documentation and preparing related reports. - Maintaining information exchange platforms with clients. - Managing inspections carried out by health authorities. - Ensuring inspection, measurement, and testing equipment is properly calibrated.
