Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams **.** ----- At **Grupo Corporativo Fuertes**, we are looking to hire a **Management Control Engineer** who will contribute to the analysis and planning of our operational processes. **Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Analyze operational and business performance indicators to identify process improvement opportunities. * Implement strategic projects through defined objectives to ensure their successful execution. * Plan, budget, and control costs using engineering and economic control methodologies. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. **Experience** --------------- 2–4 years of experience in: * Costs: budgeting, monitoring, and control in operations. * Processes: operational performance indicators. * Planning and budgeting. **IT Skills** --------------- SAP knowledge is desirable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). **Qualifications** ---------------- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Telecommunications, or related field.
