Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in process automation using generative AI to lead the RPA team, design the hyperautomation roadmap, and foster a culture of innovation. Location: Madrid or Almería Remote work: 50%**Your Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the current RPA team, ensuring operational continuity and continuous improvement of existing automated processes. * Design and implement a hyperautomation transformation roadmap, focusing on adoption of generative AI and intelligent process automation. * Identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities in collaboration with business and technology areas. * Evaluate and select next-generation automation tools and platforms, including solutions based on generative AI. * Establish success metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of automation initiatives. * Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and learning within the team. * Manage relationships with technology vendors. * Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance policies. **What You Need to Succeed** * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Over 5 years of experience in process automation, including at least 2 years leading teams. * Practical experience implementing automation solutions based on generative AI. * Ability to design scalable and resilient automation architectures. * Leadership, communication, and change management skills.
