We are seeking personnel to work in plastic production, specifically in the manufacturing of films intended for agricultural use. Main responsibilities include cutting and rewinding finished rolls, correctly placing them onto roll-handling carts, and performing threading operations. The role also involves manually cutting the film, packaging it, weighing it, and preparing it for transport—either by palletizing or slinging, depending on the requirements of each order. The working schedule is full-time, totaling 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Shifts are rotating, covering mornings, afternoons, and nights, with working hours between 06:00 and 22:00, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a position equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Residence close to the workplace is desirable. Fluent written and spoken Spanish. Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent.
