Initially, the contract will include rotation across various positions on the production line to gain thorough understanding of the entire process. After this initial phase, specific training will be provided to operate line machinery and actively supervise production lines. We seek someone with initiative, eagerness to learn, and strong work commitment—capable of adapting and collaborating within an agile team. At least two years of prior production experience is required. A personal vehicle or residence in Venta de Baños is mandatory. Advanced academic qualifications are not required; instead, a clear vocation for production and a desire to grow in this sector are essential. Minimum 2 years of experience in line production.
