This transformative vision led BBVA to receive the Special Mention for Design in the Corporate Category at the 2020 National Innovation and Design Awards, granted by the Ministry of Science and Innovation, for "its undeniable contribution to promoting design culture and its ability to build strong bridges between traditional business areas and strategic design". **About the job:** The Interaction Design Analyst is responsible for designing digital interactions for users, participating in their definition, information architecture, and technical integration, organizing interaction flows to help users understand the product and making it intuitive and accessible. **Key Responsibilities** * Visually represent concepts and ideas at varying levels of fidelity (from sketches to fully realized user interface designs) to facilitate exploration and decision-making. * Understand the needs of strategic departments. * Drive tasks forward through feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and processes across teams. * Ensure alignment with the design discipline’s strategy, portfolio, program, and BBVA Group objectives. * Be able to implement ad\-hoc design methods/tools to advance design practice. * Help identify potential design opportunities and future initiatives in collaboration with design managers. * Strive for optimal outcomes given existing resources. * Collaborate closely with all project team members, promoting design vision, processes, and co\-creation. * Communicate results effectively to stakeholders. **What we expect from you** * You have worked for two years or more in interface design. * You possess a refined sense of visual design; you value usability, simplicity, and consistency. * You can create flow diagrams representing the steps a user may take when performing a task, pursuing an objective, or navigating a product. * You can understand and organize content and information for user consumption—knowing how to group, represent, and relate them. * You can represent ideas, concepts, and solutions in low-fidelity artifacts to help visualize navigation and interaction with a given touchpoint. * You have fluent communication skills in English (B2/C1 level), both orally and in writing, within international work environments. * You demonstrate interest in—or experience with—applying Artificial Intelligence tools to digital product design and development. * You possess knowledge and understanding of usability tools, techniques, and theory—as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to make designs understandable to users and help them achieve their goals efficiently, effectively, and satisfactorily. * You can produce designs whose functionality is naturally understood within their context—where the form of a solution clearly denotes its intended function. * You are a strong team player and capable of acknowledging mistakes and reconsidering your stance in ambiguous situations. * You demonstrate empathy and professionalism when presenting solutions and ideas visually and understandably. **Skills:** Banking, Design, Design Flow, Design Processes, Design systems \& components, Design Thinking, Figma, Finance Industry, Low Fidelity Prototyping, Researching, Solution conceptualization, Strategic Design, User Experience (UX), User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, User Interfaces (UI), Visual Design
