#### **Your responsibilities** * Define and evolve the frontend architecture of applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. * Design and implement solutions using **React 18/19** and **Next.js (App Router and Pages Router)**. * Lead the adoption of development best practices, architectural patterns, and quality standards. * Design and oversee integration with **GraphQL**, using **Apollo Client**, and participate in schema definition and API consumption. * Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure technical quality of solutions. * Collaborate closely with Backend, UX/UI, and Product teams to define business-aligned solutions. * Act as a technical reference point, mentoring and supporting other developers. * Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and proposing initiatives that add value to the platform. #### **Your profile** * Experience as a **Frontend Architect**, **Tech Lead**, or **Senior Frontend Engineer**, with architectural responsibilities. * Proficiency in **React 18/19**, including **React Server Components**, Context API, and modern development patterns. * Experience with **Next.js 15/16**, especially **App Router** and **Pages Router**. * Solid knowledge of **GraphQL**, **Apollo Client**, API consumption, and schema definition. * Experience defining architectures, development standards, and conducting code reviews. * Ability to collaborate effectively, technically lead teams, and participate in architectural decision-making. * Proactive, analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement. #### **Why join us?** **What will you find at Paradigma?** ✅ **Freedom with responsibility** We trust people to organize their work flexibly, supporting a healthy balance between personal and professional life—without losing sight of goals and the impact of our work.
