Our Regulatory division provides testing, evaluation, and certification services that demonstrate compliance with regulatory and standard requirements for international markets. We operate as an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory in fields such as EMC, RF, OTA, SAR, Electrical Safety, Environmental Testing, Calibration, and Gaming. Additionally, we offer certification services under ISO/IEC 17065 as a Certification Body and Notified Body for schemes including RED, EMC, FCC, and ISED. We seek a candidate with leadership capability and strategic vision to drive the growth of this area, optimize services, and develop high-performing technical teams within an international environment. What will you do? As Regulatory Services Manager (m/f/d), you will lead a strategic area of the division, ensuring achievement of operational, financial, and quality objectives, while driving business development and excellence in customer service. **Your key responsibilities will include:** Leading the operational management of a regulatory services area. Coordinating and developing a multidisciplinary technical team. Ensuring compliance with applicable quality and accreditation requirements. Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement and process optimization through digitalization, automation, and AI application. Promoting business growth by expanding testing and certification services. Coordinating projects in national and international regulatory environments. Maintaining close collaboration with customers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. Main responsibilities Leadership and area management Lead a team of 5–20 professionals, fostering their development and performance. Plan resources and priorities to ensure departmental objectives are met. Promote a culture focused on quality, collaboration, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Technical and quality management Supervise proper execution of services. Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements. Guarantee maintenance of the area’s quality and accreditation standards. Business development and continuous improvement Identify opportunities to expand and optimize the portfolio of regulatory services. Analyze business metrics and propose improvement actions. Collaborate in defining strategies for area growth and customer satisfaction. What are we looking for? Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. Postgraduate studies or a Master’s degree related to technical or management fields will be valued. Experience Proven experience in leadership roles. Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams. Experience managing KPIs, improving processes, and developing business. International regulatory project management experience is desirable. Technical knowledge Process optimization and operational management. Development of testing and certification services. Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements is desirable.
