We are seeking to incorporate a new member into our real estate department. **Responsibilities** Main responsibilities include: \- Acting as the contact point between customers and the technical department: incident management, customer service, and communication with construction companies. \- Accompanying property owners during home delivery inspections. \- Receiving and managing incidents, coordinating necessary teams for their resolution. \- Verifying correction of work and managing approval signatures. \- Preparing reports on the status of incidents for each development project. \- Coordinating with the sales team to schedule courtesy visits for customers to projects prior to handovers. \- Communicating with suppliers and companies involved in resolving potential incidents. \- Handling owners' claims via email. **Requirements** \- Solution-oriented person with strong customer focus and excellent organizational skills. \- Required computer knowledge and experience, including Microsoft Office suite and Outlook, especially Excel. \- Knowledge of CRM and ERP software will be valued positively. \- Fluent English (B2 or higher) and valid driver's license required. **What benefits do we offer?** \- Full-time permanent contract. \- 25% discount at our establishments. \- Reduced rates at Higuerón SportClub, our fitness and wellness center spanning over 700 m². ❗ Join us and become part of an outstanding team.
