What would be your **RESPONSIBILITIES**? * **Receiving and Storage:** Coordinate unloading, define picking priorities, and ensure correct placement of spare parts in the warehouse. * **Order Management:** Coordinate with the outbound team to guarantee agile and efficient preparation and dispatch of customer orders. * **Incident and Stock Management:** Lead the incident department, ensuring material availability while minimizing both stockouts and excess inventory. * **Staff Supervision:** Direct and coordinate the warehouse team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring strict adherence to operational procedures. * **Inventory and Logistics Control:** Conduct periodic inventories and collaborate with other key departments to ensure optimal delivery times. * .**Digital Optimization:** Use Google Docs tools and the SIMA system to streamline information flows and improve daily operational efficiency. * **Regulatory Compliance and Safety:** Ensure all warehouse operations strictly comply with current regulations and occupational safety standards. * **Maintaining Order and Operational Efficiency:** Organize the warehouse’s physical space, ensuring order and cleanliness to maximize operational process fluidity.
