We are currently seeking a Quality Evaluation Technician with a strong commitment to training quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement—a person who views training as a vehicle for transformation, support, and assurance that every training activity meets the standards deserved by learners, instructors, and the system itself, particularly for training activities and programs managed by the Directorate General for Employment-Oriented Vocational Training of Castilla-La Mancha. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities and functions be?** * Preparation and management of documents for monitoring and evaluating quality at vocational training entities * Telephone follow-up of training activities (both face-to-face and non-face-to-face) * Data handling and entry into the FOCO application and other tools such as Excel, Access, etc. * Technical support for the competence accreditation procedure * Technical assessment of applications for vocational training activities within the labor domain * Issuance of activity and results reports * Administrative support for all tasks arising within the provincial team For this position, **three requirements must be met:** **1—Medium or higher university degree, preferably in pedagogy or psychology** **2—Teaching competence demonstrable through one of the following:** At least 600 hours of verified teaching experience in vocational training within the labor or educational systems over the past 10 years; OR formal training in didactic methodology or teaching accredited via one of the following: Pedagogical Aptitude Certificate**; Professional Title in Didactic Specialization; Pedagogical Qualification Certificate; University Master’s Degree qualifying for teaching compulsory secondary education, baccalaureate, vocational training, or official language schools**; Occupational Trainer Professional Certification; or Professional Certification for Teaching in Employment-Oriented Vocational Training **3—At least two years’ experience as an auditor/evaluator of employment-oriented vocational training.** **We offer:** * Immediate hiring * Working hours: 7:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday to Friday + one afternoon per week (2.5 hours) * Consulting agreement and indefinite-term contract * Annual gross salary between €20,000 * Workplace located in Toledo This is a stable position offering attractive working hours, technical autonomy, and responsibility for ensuring that training is not only delivered—but delivered well. **No sector of our society can be understood without gender equality and the inclusion of persons with disabilities.
