Although their primary role will not involve performing aircraft refueling operations or tasks such as preventive maintenance, product receipt, or quality control at the airport, they will occasionally provide support for these activities. We are seeking the following profile: * **Knowledge and experience required:** Vocational Training Cycle Level 2 (FP2) in Automotive/Maintenance/Electrical Engineering, etc. * Experience managing teams and working in airport environments * **Languages:** Intermediate English * Valid driving licenses: C+E, Basic ADE, Tank Vehicle Endorsement, and Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP). **Generic competencies**, medium/high level: * Customer orientation * Collaboration * Commitment * Adaptability to change * Role modeling **Specific competencies**, must demonstrate ability in: * Leadership * Communication * Planning * Decision-making In addition to duties typical of a fueling officer, responsibilities include: * Ensuring and supervising the operational readiness and proper functioning of the airport facility to optimize operations and maintain safety on-site. * Reinforcing tasks carried out by the fueling officer. * Preparing staff shift and rest schedules, adjusting them according to service requirements and personnel incidents. * Supervising and conducting equipment testing, preventive and corrective maintenance, trials, tests, etc. * Directing and controlling implementation of safety rules and measures within the facility and assigned activities. * Drafting proposals for expense and investment budgets; monitoring and controlling execution. * Planning auxiliary and complementary services for the facility. * Collaborating with the facility manager or the company’s central organization to implement all applicable measures. * Acting as liaison with customers to assess service delivery performance and with local competent authorities. * Acting as liaison with authorities and regulatory bodies. * Acting as liaison with Aena on all matters related to service delivery. * Monitoring implementation of management systems: Quality, Environment, Safety, and Operational Safety. * Drafting proposals for expense and investment budgets, monitoring and controlling their execution; directing and controlling personnel management at the workplace; analyzing and proposing measures to optimize human resources; supervising administrative and sales activities at the workplace. **Diversity, Equity & Inclusion** At Exolum, we firmly believe diversity drives innovation.
