Your responsibilities will include: * **Planning and Organization:** Develop the initial project schedule and conduct monthly follow-ups to ensure adherence to deadlines and budget. * **Execution Control:** Ensure that construction work proceeds according to schedule and within budget. Monitor progress and make decisions to guarantee successful project delivery. * **Specific Site Purchases:** Be responsible for procurement essential to the proper execution of the project, efficiently managing the acquisition of materials and resources. * **Safety, Quality, and Environmental Plans:** Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Implement and supervise established plans to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment. * **Economic Monitoring:** Carry out economic monitoring of the project, ensuring costs remain within budget limits.
