This position plays an essential role in the manufacturing process, actively participating in the preparation and packaging of food products. Responsibilities span from the initial preparation of components to the final packaging stage, ensuring that each unit meets established specifications before distribution. The role requires constant attention to detail and commitment to established protocols to ensure operational efficiency and final product quality. In addition to core tasks, the role involves monitoring material flow, ensuring continuous supply to the production line to prevent interruptions. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area is a priority, in alignment with current strict food hygiene and safety regulations. This position is fundamental to daily operations, directly contributing to production volume and achievement of departmental objectives. Work takes place in a dynamic environment where coordination with other team members is crucial for successfully completing assigned tasks each day. Adaptability and willingness to follow procedures are valued qualities for integrating into the characteristic work pace of this sector. Working hours are full-time, with fixed shifts that may be morning shifts (7:00–15:00) or evening shifts (18:00–02:00). Immediate hiring is offered, with work scheduled Monday to Friday on a continuous shift basis. The work environment prioritizes compliance with all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations. A valid food handler’s certificate is required, along with completion of compulsory secondary education. At least one year of prior experience in an industrial production environment—preferably within the food sector—is considered advantageous. In the absence of experience, a proactive attitude and demonstrated motivation to learn and quickly adapt to processes will be positively evaluated.
