Our Need We are hiring Market Developers to strengthen our commercial team in Ibiza. We seek dynamic individuals with a commercial vocation and a strong focus on point-of-sale excellence, to work full-time Monday through Friday under a temporary contract. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage your Horeca and Traditional Grocery customer portfolio, ensuring implementation of the “Success Photo”. * Activate promotions, introduce new SKUs, and guarantee recommended product assortment. * Optimize visibility through correct product and commercial material placement. * Conduct active prospecting to identify new opportunities. * Resolve commercial and service issues with a solution-oriented attitude. * Maintain professional and fluent communication with each customer. * Report activities via digital tools. **Requirements** * Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 10 points, mandatory. * Academic Qualification: Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Level), desirable. * Proficiency in digital tools. * Availability Monday through Friday, full-time. * Customer orientation, influencing skills, and effective communication. * Prior experience in Local Grocery, Horeca, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods is desirable. * English language proficiency is desirable. **Key Competencies** * Results orientation. * Proactivity and adaptability. * Influencing and negotiation skills. * Clear communication and ability to build trust-based relationships. **What We Offer** * Permanent full-time contract. * Company vehicle and technological tools. * Continuous training and mentoring. * Opportunity to join a leading fast-moving consumer goods company, within an inclusive and diverse environment. **Ready to Take the Next Step?** If this opportunity aligns with your profile and motivates you to join a leading automated center, apply now and attach your CV.
