Its headquarters are located in Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona). **Mission:** As Stock Controller, your mission is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory data between the ERP system (SAP) and the Warehouse Management System (Generix), guaranteeing correct stock reconciliation per SKU, resolution of incidents, and consolidation of information for efficient operations. **Responsibilities:** * Inventory control and reconciliation: Daily verification of inventory alignment between SAP and Generix; performing stock reconciliations per SKU and per location; analyzing discrepancies and executing corrective actions. * Incident management: Monitoring and resolving integration blocks (IDOCs) between systems; coordinating with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow. * Consolidation and reporting: Generating daily and weekly inventory reports; providing analysis of variances and trends to management. * Internal controls: Implementing control procedures to minimize errors; participating in internal and external audits related to inventory. * Operational support: Collaborating with warehouse and procurement teams to optimize processes; proposing improvements in stock management and information flows. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in stock control. * Proficiency in SAP MM (or similar software). * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of warehouse management software (Generix preferred). **What we offer:** * Flexible working hours and a condensed workweek on Fridays. * Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and competencies. * Opportunity to join a strong team of professionals. * Excellent work environment and professional development opportunities. * Remote work for 2 days per week. * Meal vouchers; pension plan available after two years of service.
