Description
As part of the Supply Chain team, based in the store and reporting to the Order Coordinator and the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Picking and preparing orders on picking carts with maximum accuracy and attention to detail to avoid missing or excess items.
* Applying established quality controls for each product type (temperature, expiration date, presentation, etc.) to ensure product condition and preservation.
* Reporting product stockouts or discrepancies in-store and/or in the back-of-store area (if applicable).
* Reporting any issues arising during order preparation to the Order Coordinator.
* Resolving incidents by following the established procedure (e.g., substitution, replenishment, price adjustment, product replacement, etc.).
* Recording every action taken during order preparation and upon completion, using the terminal.
We would love to meet you if you have:
* Compulsory Secondary Education or Medium- or Higher-Level Vocational Training.
* Type B driving license held for at least two years.
* At least six months’ experience in last-mile delivery or operating cargo vehicles.
* Experience in order and stock management.
* Proficiency in using GPS and navigation apps.
