If you seek a dynamic environment with tangible impact on the business ecosystem and a horizontal work culture, keep reading! **About the Technology Area** You will join the Intelligent Systems Department—the core of computational intelligence at Gradiant—where you will become part of a young, dynamic, and highly specialized team. From this department, we design and deploy data- and AI-driven intelligent systems, covering the entire end\-to\-end cycle: from infrastructure and algorithms to production deployment. We operate using our own infrastructure and an applied approach, delivering tangible impact in strategic sectors such as industry, biotechnology, and primary industries through reliable, scalable, and transferable solutions. **Your Responsibilities** Day-to-day tasks include: * Research and development of Machine Learning and Deep Learning-based algorithms for diverse scenarios, parameter recommendation systems, time-series forecasting, knowledge extraction using AI-based techniques, etc. * Data screening and analysis to understand and propose solutions to various problems. * Research, design, development, and deployment of software systems enabling management of the model lifecycle in production, including observability of models and their data. Examples: MLflow, Kubeflow, KServe, etc. * Support in technology monitoring and tracking the work of various developer communities to promote new AI techniques and practices. Therefore, your daily work will focus on helping your team achieve high standards of quality in developing and deploying AI-based solutions, and contributing to the Intelligent Systems Department. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience applying Machine Learning and/or Deep Learning techniques to develop AI systems in Python. * Experience managing the full machine learning model lifecycle through to production. * Involvement in model deployment, management, and versioning. * Motivation to build high-quality, clean, and maintainable software, and to participate in developer teams and communities embracing these principles. * A person passionate about emerging technologies, problem solving, and research to generate new ideas. * As an organization with international projects, proficiency in reading and speaking English is required. You must be communicative and capable of working across diverse environments and with different teams. **It Would Be Great If You Had** * Professional experience with tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit\-learn, pyGAD, d3rlpy, and/or other AI libraries and frameworks. * Experience with one or more of the following technologies: MLflow, Docker. * Experience with GIT and code review procedures. * Familiarity with JIRA and agile methodologies. * Experience managing projects and drafting proposals for national and/or international R\+D\+i calls. **What We Offer** Salary: Starting from €30,000 gross annual salary \+ variable bonus based on your expertise, experience, and enthusiasm! 23 vacation days \+ your birthday \+ December 24th and 31st. \#TroulaDays What is this?
