Job Summary: Carglass is seeking a Workshop Manager to maximize center performance, manage staff, serve customers, and ensure quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maximize center performance and profitability. 2. Effectively manage staff and develop the team. 3. Provide solutions and meet customer needs. We need to select a Workshop Manager for a full-time position to fill a vacancy at one of our service centers located in Motril. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? **Center Performance:** Maximize jobs and profitability—i.e., achieve, and exceed if possible, the center’s established job target and budget. Staff Management and Development, and Self-Development: Effectively manage team performance and development to maximize center productivity. **Customer Management:** Consistently provide solutions to customers and strive to meet their needs using all tools available within the company. **Quality Management:** Apply and ensure correct application of technical and administrative procedures established by Carglass® and client companies. **Technical and Administrative Tasks at the Service Center:** Receive and place materials delivered from warehouses or suppliers; handle requests to send documentation to Administration to support billing or client audits; perform installation tasks (replacements and repairs) as needed, showing availability in the schedule. * Commercial Management: Sell current center products and/or services to center customers; identify opportunities, conduct business visits, etc., as necessary to generate jobs for the center.
