An experienced IT Systems Technician is required for a company located in Camarma de Esteruelas, Madrid. Main responsibilities include support, administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the entire IT infrastructure. This covers network server management, workstation equipment, and overall system connectivity. Support will also be provided for various IT projects, optimization of existing functions and processes, and collaboration with the IT management team on strategic decisions. The company offers continuous training and professional development opportunities. Salary will be individually negotiated. Working hours are split-shift: Monday to Thursday from 8:00/8:30 to 17:30/18:00, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30. A degree in Computer Science is required, along with proficiency in Windows systems, Active Directory, Office, and experience in hardware management and repair. A minimum B2 level of English is required for international communication, as well as a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Computer Science Specialist or academic degree in Computer Science. * Advanced knowledge of Windows Server. * English: Minimum B2 level—spoken and written—for communication with the International IT Department. * Experience in systems administration, preferably within an industrial-sector company. * Professional profile: Independent, agile, structured, and reflective, with strong problem-solving ability (viewing systems administration as a continuous improvement process). * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
