Production Operator Alcolea (Córdoba)

We are looking for **production operators** for our production plant located in Alcolea: **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Production oversight:** Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment responsible for filling PET bottles, small bottles, brick containers, glass, or cans; set up, operate, and control printing equipment. * **Operation of machinery:** Conduct preliminary checks on the condition of machinery, focusing on critical points, monitoring pressures, temperatures, and potential leaks; perform machine adjustments (expiry date changes, container sizes, etc.); resolve operational errors; carry out basic preventive maintenance, as well as schedule required cleaning procedures according to protocol; support engineering or maintenance subcontractors. * **Manufacturing data recording:** Perform visual inspections and record weight controls, sealing checks, CO2 levels (in case of cans), coding, Brix, temperature, dew point; organoleptic tests (tastings) may also be performed depending on the production line; monitor and record traceability indicators; inform relief colleagues about the status and overall situation of the previous work shift. * **Loading and unloading. Supplying:** Supply the production line with necessary auxiliary materials (trimmings, brick rolls, cans, or caps). Maintain contact with the warehouse to ensure material availability and timely transport to the lines. * **Cleaning and hygiene:** Carry out organization and cleaning tasks at your workstation. Properly segregate waste generated at your workstation. * Monitor material usage, traceability, and perform the required controls for the position. * Monitor temperatures, pressures, and durations during cleaning and sterilization processes. * **Compliance with regulations:** Adhere to quality, food safety, environmental, and occupational safety standards within your area of responsibility. Comply with quality, food safety (food defense), and environmental procedures and regulations. Likewise, follow occupational health and safety regulations related to your position. Respect the food defense protocols in your area. * **Continuous improvement:** Ensure adherence to and implementation of 5S principles; identify and report possible improvements in your work station; participate in the autonomous basic maintenance team.
