DESCRIPTION Eosol Group, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking to hire a Civil/Structural Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our engineering department. We have a strong track record in executing electrical substations and distribution lines, covering all phases from conceptual engineering through commissioning and operation. **Your Role:** As a Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for detailed engineering design of electrical substations, including foundations, equipment structures, and control buildings. Your work will be critical to ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Detailed design of foundations for electrical substation equipment. * Design of steel and concrete structures for equipment supports and buildings within substations. * Preparation of construction drawings, calculation reports, and technical specifications. * Coordination with other engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, civil). * Verification and compliance with technical regulations and industry standards. * Participation in design reviews and risk analyses. * Technical support during the construction phase. * Optimization of designs to reduce costs and improve constructability. * Research and application of new technologies and design methodologies. **Project Types:** You will work on large-scale projects, including high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical substations, as well as power distribution and transmission lines. **Requirements:** * **Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural design, preferably in the electrical substation sector. * **Required Software:** Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, RFEM, IDEA STATICA, CYPE 3D, CYPECAD. * **Languages:** Technical English proficiency is desirable. **Preferred (Optional):** * Experience with distribution line-specific software such as PLS POLE. * Knowledge of structural analysis software such as MIDAS GEN, MIDAS GTX, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD PRO. * Experience in 3D modeling using Tekla Structures. * Knowledge of Italian language. **What We Offer:** * Join a leading international energy company. * Participation in challenging, high-impact projects. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and candidate value.
