**Senior Python AI Developer** **Lisbon \#hybrid** Python Developer – Generative AI Projects in Lisbon! This includes pioneering Generative AI solutions like AI\-Chat, Coding Assistants, and specialized business use cases. **Role Purpose \& Scope** We're seeking a dynamic Python Developer to join our Generative AI team, split between London and Lisbon. You'll build traditional IT applications leveraging emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLM) and high\-power GPUs. This developer role involves significant coordination, communication, and adaptability to tackle daily technical and organizational challenges. **Location**: Lisbon\-based, with global collaboration across key locations (hybrid work model). **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain applications in an agile software lifecycle, including technical analysis, documentation, coding, testing, code reviews, and infrastructure collaboration. * Support and enhance our Generative AI platform, ensuring availability, integration of new models/techniques, and expansion to fresh use cases. * Proactively manage team issues—technical, functional, or organizational. **Requirements** * Strong Python programming experience (3\+ years). * Solid understanding of design/architecture principles, data structures, and algorithm complexity. * Ability to thrive in a globally distributed team. * Backend development expertise. * Good written and spoken English. **Preferred Skills (Plus)**: * Knowledge of JS/TS, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. * Experience with Django/FastAPI. * Building modern WebUI stacks with automation best practices. * Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud technologies, relational DBs/SQL. * AI/ML model integration and fine\-tuning.
