




SEK Alborán International School is seeking to add an **Admissions Coordinator** to its team. The main mission will be the **recruitment and support of new students and families** throughout the entire admissions process, ensuring a personalized, professional experience aligned with the educational excellence of our institution. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Provide personalized attention to interested families during all stages of the admissions process. * Schedule and conduct informational meetings and guided tours of the school facilities. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all stages of the admissions process: initial contact, interviews, assessments, document submission, answering inquiries, and enrollment. * Coordinate admission tests and interviews in collaboration with the Guidance Department. * Maintain continuous and detailed follow-up with each interested family. * Collaborate in organizing recruitment events: Open Days, education fairs, presentations, and others. * Design and propose innovative strategies to enhance student recruitment. * Prepare weekly, biweekly, and monthly KPI reports analyzing enrollments, conversion rates, and outcomes. **Requirements** -------------- **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. * **Professional Experience:** * Experience in similar roles within educational institutions. * **Languages:** * Bilingual level of English (C1). * **Computer Skills:** * Proficiency in Salesforce or, alternatively, other CRM systems. * **Personal and Professional Competencies:** * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Empathy and family orientation. * Strong organizational and planning abilities. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Results-driven with attention to detail. * Positive attitude, proactive and self-motivated. * Strong presence and interpersonal skills. * Creativity and ability to contribute new ideas. \#LI\-AG1
