Active collaboration in corporate improvement projects. **What You Can Expect** **: We are looking for a Functional Analyst IT for our Barcelona office who will be responsible for analyzing the company's IT systems and product functionalities, ensuring they properly align with business needs. Your primary focus will be on application functional requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing changes that optimize processes. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, defining necessary inputs for developers and actively collaborating in corporate improvement projects. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Listen to and understand new business needs. * Analyze the company's business processes and information systems to identify areas for improvement. * Evaluate the feasibility and appropriateness of requested changes, redefining them if necessary. * Conduct requirements gathering and detailed functional analysis. * Verify and ensure the correct operation of IT processes and solutions. * Propose innovative improvements aimed at efficiency and optimization. * Participate in project testing phases. * Ensure final solutions are optimal, functional, and meet established requirements. **What You Bring:** **Profile Requirements** ------------------------- * Prior experience as a Functional Analyst (approx. 2–3 years). * Good command of English. * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. * Listening and communication skills. * Autonomy and organizational capability. * Teamwork and interpersonal skills. * Problem-solving orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** ------------- * Technical knowledge (IT environments, databases, ERPs, etc.). * Prior experience in logistics sector companies.
