**JOB MISSION**
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and adaptation of housing units, managing repairs and guaranteeing the correct operation of utilities and insurance policies. Responsible for monitoring rent and utility payments and acting as intermediary with landlords, homeowners’ associations, and service providers; also provides support during service users’ transition to independent housing. Additionally, manages documentation, coordinates with other organizational departments, and contributes to the program’s continuous improvement.
**JOB FUNCTIONS (NON-EXHAUSTIVE LIST):**
Regarding Housing:
* Ensure proper use and maintenance of housing units.
* Adapt housing units for reception purposes: ensuring they include basic household elements prior to service users’ arrival.
* Monitor housing adaptations, coordinating necessary repairs with maintenance companies.
* Prepare and monitor photographic inventories.
* Manage changes in utility contract holders and insurance policy administration.
* Conduct periodic follow-up visits to assess housing conditions and support residents in proper usage (operation of facilities and appliances, cleaning, etc.).
Regarding Service Users and Landlords:
* Monitor rent and utility payments, negotiating where necessary.
* Provide information and advice to landlords on legal, technical, and tax-related aspects of rental agreements.
* Act as intermediary between landlords, homeowners’ associations, utility providers, and insurance companies to ensure proper housing functionality and serve as liaison point with the organization.
Regarding Support to Other Departments:
* Assist in identifying and securing rental housing.
* Support service users during transitions to accommodation and entry into housing units.
Regarding Data Management:
* Register family and individual case files in the organization’s IT application (CRM).
* Support preparation of documents, reports, technical summaries, and proposals for improvement.
Other Functions:
* Coordinate with internal departments and participate in team and organizational and/or program meetings and activities.
* Contribute to service users’ autonomous exits, supporting their transition to independent housing upon program completion.
* Warehouse management: stock control, inventories, reporting, etc.

### **Minimum Requirements**
**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS**
* Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level), High School Diploma, or equivalent.
**ADDITIONAL TRAINING**
* Training in person-centred care, gender perspective, or working with vulnerable populations.
**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
* Experience in commercial functions or customer service, preferably within the real estate sector and/or insurance companies.
* Experience working with vulnerable groups and/or providing customer service.
Previous experience in housing management, real estate mediation, or conflict resolution.
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
* In-depth knowledge of the real estate sector in Motril and the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.
* Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office).
* Knowledge of the Urban Leasing Act (L.A.U.) and the Horizontal Property Law.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
* Disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33%.
* Training in technology, marketing, and advertising applied to the real estate sector.
* Knowledge of additional languages.
* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
* Paid or voluntary work experience with individuals and families experiencing social exclusion
