Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will meet through the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people—another success story we will write together. **What are we looking for?** We seek a **Middleware Systems Administrator for on-premise infrastructure**, with experience in critical and high-availability environments. * Experience in **application and web server administration**, especially: + **JBoss EAP**, Apache, Tomcat, IBM HTTP Server. * Proficiency in **operating systems**: + **Linux, Unix (AIX, Solaris), and Windows Server**. * Knowledge of **clustering, load balancing, high availability, and security**. * Ability to perform: + Installation, migration, upgrades, and hardening of middleware platforms. + Automation via **scripting (shell, bash, PowerShell, JBossCli)**. + Root cause analysis, incident resolution, and change management. + Technical documentation and support for development and operations teams. * Experience with **CI/CD**: Jenkins, Artifactory, SVN. * Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing tools (Remedy, Maximo, Service Manager, JIRA). **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
