With more than **600 employees**, we operate in a **flexible, dynamic, and continuously growing** environment. **We are looking for: Senior Backend Developer – Ruby on Rails** To join technology projects alongside multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of scalable solutions. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain applications using **Ruby on Rails**. * Actively participate in project specification and design phases. * Design and develop API-oriented services in collaboration with frontend-specialized teams. * Propose technical solutions and participate in the evolution of application architecture. * Apply best practices in development, testing, and code maintenance.
