DESCRIPTION **San Blas \- Canillejas (Madrid)** **Permanent contract** **Immediate incorporation** **Gross annual salary: €18,000\-20,000** **Company: ORUG CONSULTING** We are seeking a **Human Resources Technician specialized in Personnel Administration** to manage our workforce's labor and administrative processes. We aim to hire a candidate with solid knowledge of **labor legislation, employment contracts, Social Security, and personnel administration**, accustomed to operating in environments similar to labor management firms or labor relations departments. ##### **Main responsibilities** * Management of employment contracts, extensions, conversions, and contractual modifications. * Processing of registrations, deregistrations, and data changes via **Siltra** and **Contrat@**. * Monitoring of temporary and fixed\-term discontinuous contracts. * Management of leaves of absence, working hour reductions, salary adjustments, category changes, or workplace transfers. * Coordination with labor management firms and review of payroll and related incidents. * Control of working hour records and employee support regarding leave requests, vacations, and incidents. * Administrative management of work-related accidents. * Employee assistance and advisory services regarding labor documentation and payroll. * Drafting internal communications. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in **Personnel Administration, labor management firms, or labor departments**. * Knowledge of labor contracting, Social Security, **Siltra**, **Contrat@**, and labor regulations. * Ability to interpret payroll slips, collective bargaining agreements, and labor documentation. * Experience handling labor and administrative incidents. * Valuable experience with working hour control tools. ##### **We are looking for a person who...** Applies and interprets labor legislation with sound judgment.
