Job Summary: We are seeking an auxiliary services laborer to perform maintenance, cleaning, and demolition tasks in residential buildings, vacant lots, and garages. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operating forklift trucks and cleaning construction sites 2. Demolishing walls and partitions, cutting grooves for installations 3. Loading and unloading materials and removing debris We require personnel to carry out auxiliary services laborer duties in Madrid. Responsibilities include operating forklift trucks, cleaning during maintenance operations in residential buildings, vacant lots, and garages, demolishing walls and partitions, as well as cleaning construction sites and machinery. Additionally, grooves will be cut for installations, materials loaded and unloaded, and debris removed. Prior experience as a construction laborer or bricklayer will be valued. A valid unemployment registration (demand of employment) is required. Minimum work experience required is 3 years. If related training courses have been completed (e.g., PRL), the corresponding certificates must be provided. The contract is temporary, intended to fill a vacancy. Working hours are from 8:00 to 15:30. The gross monthly salary is 1416\.09€, paid in 14 installments. Work will be carried out in Madrid.
