




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with invoicing expertise to manage orders, logistics, customer complaints, and reception duties in Fuenlabrada. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end order, invoicing, and logistics management. 2. Customer service and complaint handling. 3. Various administrative tasks and telephone support. We seek a candidate with prior experience in administrative roles, especially in invoicing, to join our team in Fuenlabrada. You will be responsible for the full-cycle management of customer orders, including issuing delivery notes and invoices, as well as tracking shipments and associated logistics. You will also handle customer complaints and, occasionally, prepare commercial quotations. Your duties will include front-desk reception, monitoring entries and exits, document and file management, and telephone support. The contract is temporary, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, morning shift, from 08:00 to 16:00, with breaks as stipulated by law. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * A valid driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace are desirable. * Completed high school education. \- GM/GS in Administration or equivalent. \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
