Organizational transformation Scrum Master 9 days ago Description **Hello, Scrum Master!** At Kelea, we continue to grow and are looking to bring onboard a **Scrum Master** to join a strategic project within a high-impact technology environment. **Your mission** You will join one of our key clients \- a major IBEX35 company in the transportation sector \- as Scrum Master for a strategic IT product within the client's IT division. Additionally, you will be part of Kelea’s Transformation and Product team, driving transformation in the client’s IT division’s ways of working. Your responsibilities include:* Facilitate the adoption and proper execution of **Scrum** within teams. * Support teams in continuous improvement, removing impediments and fostering autonomy. * Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders. * Promote agile and development best practices in technology environments. * Encourage transparency, communication, and value delivery. Requirements **What we’re looking for in you** * 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. * Prior experience in **IT environments** with development teams. * Technical background (prior experience as a developer, QA, etc. is valuable) and/or knowledge of the SDLC. * Solid knowledge and experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Strong communication and facilitation skills. * Experience in complex projects and distributed environments within large organizations. * Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, etc.). **What we offer** A learning-oriented environment where speed in applying new knowledge is equally valued.
