We are looking for a **Data Platforms Specialist** to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The selected candidate will be part of an expert support team specializing in enterprise data platforms, participating in administration, monitoring, optimization, and advanced incident resolution activities within mission-critical environments. That’s why we promote an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in regionally and globally impactful projects. **Responsibilities** * Analyze and optimize performance of Snowflake platforms and queries * Administer and monitor processes, pipelines, and integrations in dbt Cloud and Fivetran * Manage data security, access control, and governance using specialized tools * Resolve complex L2/L3 incidents, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions * Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Governance, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to ensure platform availability and efficiency * Identify opportunities for automation, observability, and continuous improvement across the data ecosystem **Requirements** * 3–5 years of professional experience with enterprise data platforms * Solid experience administering and optimizing Snowflake * Practical experience with dbt Cloud or dbt Core * Technical experience administering Fivetran * Functional or technical knowledge of Collibra and/or Denodo * Advanced proficiency in SQL and query optimization * Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents * Knowledge of DataOps and best practices in observability * Experience working under Agile methodologies * Strong analytical ability and problem-solving orientation * Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills **Nice to have** * Snowflake SnowPro Advanced certification * dbt certification * Python knowledge * Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP * Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Prometheus * Knowledge of MLOps * Prior experience in insurance or banking sectors * Experience in data governance, data cataloging, data lineage, and data quality **We offer** * • Permanent contract with competitive salary• Flexible work arrangement and possibility of remote work• Personalized career plan and continuous training• Participation in stable projects with strong technical components• Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance• Social benefits tailored to your needs
