This time, we seek to hire an Innovation and Business Development Programs Coordinator to lead the execution of a strategic contract in collaboration with the Madrid City Council. What will your role be? As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring proper planning, organization, and execution of work, guaranteeing its quality, consistency, and objective achievement. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Designing and structuring service governance, ensuring monitoring, control, and deliverable quality. * Coordinating and leading the multidisciplinary technical team. * Driving the search for and acquisition of business projects aligned with program objectives. * Supervising specialized business advisory services in areas such as industrial/service-industrial, R\+D\+I, internationalization, legal, tax, financial, and human resources. * Validating technical reports and documents across various contract domains. * Acting as the primary liaison with the Madrid City Council. * Representing the contracting entity when necessary to ensure proper contract implementation. What we look for in you **Essential requirements:** * University degree or higher. * At least 5 years of experience in: * Team leadership and coordination. * Mentorship, acceleration, or business advisory programs. * Business support in industrial/service-industrial, R\+D\+I, internationalization, legal, tax, financial, and human resources matters. **Particularly valued:** * Experience in contracts or programs linked to public administrations. * Ability to structure governance frameworks and monitoring systems. * Strategic profile with execution orientation. * Strong institutional communication skills. * Rigor, autonomy, and results orientation.
