At **Kitchening Soluciones de Alquiler**, we are looking for a methodical Technical Coordinator with proven experience in the sector to lead our operations in **Valdemoro (Madrid)**. **What Will Be Your Mission?** You will be fully responsible for ensuring our equipment fleet is always ready for use. You will lead the technical team to guarantee that every unit dispatched from our facilities meets the quality standards demanded by our clients. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and organize the daily work of technicians in the warehouse and during assembly/disassembly services. * **Specialized Maintenance:** Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial kitchen machinery (cooking, refrigeration, washing, and preparation). * **Quality Control:** Perform thorough technical inspections before each dispatch of equipment to ensure service quality. * **Asset and Spare Parts Management:** Maintain technical inventory records and manage purchase orders with suppliers. * **Safety:** Ensure proper use of tools and compliance with safety regulations (PPE). **What Are We Looking for in You?** * **Education:** Medium or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, Electronics, or related fields. * **Technical Experience:** Minimum 3 years in technical assistance services (SAT) for the hospitality industry or in light industrial/electromechanical maintenance. * **Leadership Ability:** Prior experience leading work teams or coordinating operators. * **Skills:** Planning ability, problem-solving under pressure, and proficiency with computer tools. * **Mobility:** Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally for on-site installations. **What Do We Offer You?** * **Stability:** Permanent full-time employment contract. * **Working Hours:** **08:00–15:00, Monday to Friday** (35 fixed hours \+ additional hours for specific services).
