**Department:** Production**Job Location:** Industrial Unit of Aves – Matelândia/PR**Working Hours:** 1st Shift: 05:50 to 15:38, Sunday to Sunday, with rotating days off. 2nd Shift: 15:40 to 01:28, Sunday to Sunday, with rotating days off. **Salary:** To be discussed**Benefits:*** Food Basket Allowance: BRL 440.00 * Attendance Bonus: BRL 258.06 * Sunday Bonus: Initial: BRL 366.91; After 3 months: BRL 489.22; After 6 months: BRL 611.52\. **Responsibilities:** Manage team and production indicators (productivity, cost, absenteeism, turnover, workplace safety, employee development and training); Manage quality indicators and requirements of internal and external customers; Develop continuous improvement projects and new products.**Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Management; Food Engineering or Technology, Production Engineering, Animal Science, Biology, or related fields.**Competencies:** Integrated performance, operational excellence, business alignment, transformative leadership, and operational discipline**.****Interested candidates must submit their resumes:** By July 17, 2026\.
