We are seeking a Technical Engineering PMO to support the coordination and monitoring of a highly complex international project. The selected candidate will act as the liaison among various engineering teams, project management, and the client, participating in both control and monitoring activities as well as technical reviews, interface coordination, and engineering documentation management. This is an internationally oriented position involving close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and organizations across different countries. Activities will combine project management, action tracking, and technical support for mechanical engineering disciplines. The main **responsibilities and functions** for this vacancy are: * Support the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling activities. * Coordinate interfaces among different engineering disciplines and participating organizations. * Track project milestones, actions, risks, and deliverables. * Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and monitoring documentation. * Organize and document technical and coordination meetings. * Manage and control engineering documentation. * Review and monitor technical documentation, specifications, reports, drawings, and 3D models. * Coordinate actions arising from design reviews and technical reviews. * Support configuration management, change management, and document control. * Regular communication in English with international teams and clients. **What We Offer?** What makes CT special is not only what we do, but how we do it. We love working as a team! * The opportunity to be part of the place where engineers love to work. #LI-AR1 **Requirements:** --------------- University degree in Engineering. * Over 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, or technical coordination within engineering environments. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Knowledge of mechanical engineering enabling understanding of technical documentation and participation in design reviews. * Experience with or familiarity with 3D CAD tools, preferably CATIA. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools. * Ability to work effectively in international and multidisciplinary environments. **Desired Qualifications** * Experience in complex industrial projects, energy, aerospace, defense, scientific research, or large-scale facilities. * Knowledge of technical interface management. * Experience in technical documentation management and configuration control. * Familiarity with PLM environments, technical databases, or document management systems. * Knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera. * Experience participating in technical, design, or manufacturing reviews.
