Would you like to work in a multidisciplinary environment within a leading multinational transportation company?**We are expanding our team at DHL Freight Spain!** DHL Freight Spain is looking for a BPO Specialist for our Head Office in Coslada (Madrid), to support the development and administration of quality and business process improvement plans and initiatives aimed at identifying new and alternative approaches to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, in alignment with the company’s overall strategy and business objectives, as well as Group guidelines and policies.**What Are We Looking For?*** Relevant Bachelor’s or Associate Degree (Essential) * Master’s degree, Postgraduate qualification, or similar advanced program (Desirable) * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the sector (Essential) * Advanced office software skills and proficiency in enterprise management software (Essential) * Spanish (Essential) * Intermediate-Advanced English level (B2+/C1) (Essential) * Portuguese/Other languages (Desirable) * Willingness to travel frequently **Responsibilities and Duties:*** Support the administration of quality and business process improvement plans and initiatives to achieve defined business objectives * Provide administrative and analytical support to enhance the effectiveness and quality of business processes * Apply technical and/or business process knowledge and analytical capability to projects * Collect and validate data, and analyze trends to understand process improvement needs and estimate potential benefits * Study processes to develop performance indicators enabling measurement of process dimensions and improvements * Carry out assigned activities within defined deadlines and quality standards * Apply understanding of business processes to manage project processes and solutions * May provide functional guidance or training to less experienced roles * Integration of customers and suppliers through multiple integration systems **What We Offer:*** Permanent contract * Health insurance (50% subsidized by the company for employees and their families) * Corporate benefits program with employee discounts * Flexible compensation (transportation, childcare, training) * DHL discount club * Fresh fruit in the office **Don’t hesitate—this is your opportunity!**
