We are currently looking to hire a **Mid Architect (Construction)** for our **Madrid** office to join our team and contribute to national and international projects. **What will be your mission in this role?** As a **Mid Architect (Construction)**, you will lead the development and coordination of **retail sector projects**, ensuring design quality and consistency throughout the entire process. **What responsibilities will you assume on a day-to-day basis?** * Participate in the **development and monitoring of national and international projects**, with a **focus on the execution phase**. * Support **planning, coordination, and site supervision**, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints. * Collaborate on **communication with clients and stakeholders** during project development. * Develop **technical documentation** and support the definition of **construction solutions**. * Coordinate with the internal 3D team and suppliers of materials, furniture, and lighting. * Stay up to date with trends, materials, and solutions applicable to the sector. **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in **Architecture or equivalent**. * Minimum **3 years of professional experience** in **retail projects**. * Experience in **site management** and the **execution phase**. * Experience managing direct relationships with **clients and coordinating teams**. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D**. * Rigor and attention to detail. * **Willingness to travel**, as required by project needs. * **High level of English**, both spoken and written.
