Job Description For our production facility in Latina Tor Tre Ponti, we are seeking a Shift Chief Engineer with an engineering degree. Reporting directly to the Department Head, you will be responsible for managing production and all shift-related activities. Initial **12-month fixed-term contract**, with the aim of permanent employment (Italian National Collective Labor Agreement for Glass Industry – Secondary Processing) You will join a training program and **job rotation initiative** to acquire company-specific know-how, aimed at enabling **internal career growth**. **The indicative annual gross salary (RAL) for this role is €26,162.54, paid in 13 installments.** The actual compensation includes additional allowances related to continuous rotating shift work.
