Job Description Data Scientist / AI Engineer Job Location: Madrid Location Flexibility: Primary Location Only Req Id: 11003 Posting Start Date: 8/7/26 **✔️What will be your responsibilities?** * Design, build, and scale AI systems based on bots and autonomous agents. * Translate business processes into automated, traceable, and scalable workflows. Develop and integrate AI bots and agents with APIs, internal systems, and tools such as Microsoft Teams or Genesys. * Implement agent architectures (ReAct, tool calling, multi-step reasoning, and memory management). * Work with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel. Define autonomy boundaries, security, and governance for AI systems. * Design AI and automation solutions on cloud architectures (AWS). * Ensure observability, traceability, and control of non-deterministic systems. Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of AI solutions in production. Collaborate with architecture and AI teams in local and international environments. * **✔️What skills and experience do we require from you?** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or other related STEM fields. * More than 4 years of experience developing AI solutions in production. * Strong Python programming skills and experience with distributed systems and APIs. * Experience designing AI-based bots, copilots, or automation systems. * Knowledge of process orchestration, AI agents, and the ReAct paradigm. * Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel. Experience with AWS (especially Bedrock, Lambda, and API Gateway; Step Functions is a plus). * Experience deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments. Knowledge of RAG, LLM observability, and AI best practices (a plus). * Knowledge of AI security and governance. * Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments and collaborate internationally. * Fluent level of Spanish and English. * Hybrid mode in Madrid. **#Europe_Priority** Relocation Supported: No Visa Sponsorship Approved: No
