**KITCHEN STAFF WANTED** Mena Apulian Food is looking for a **kitchen assistant** for our restaurant at **Calle Humilladero, 16 (La Latina Metro)**. **Schedule:** * **Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (dinner only):** 20:00–00:30/01:00 * **Saturday (lunch and dinner):** 13:00–17:00 and 20:00–00:30 * **Sunday (lunch only):** 13:00–17:00 **27 hours weekly**, with possibility of stable schedule extension. We seek a candidate with **basic knowledge of cooking techniques**. Our kitchen operations are simple and highly standardized.
