All this takes place in offices located in Barcelona, near the beach, and supported by an exceptional team. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- * **Graphic Conceptualization:** Develop original and innovative graphic concepts aligned with each client’s brand guidelines and objectives, under the supervision of the creative team. * **Creation of Graphic Pieces:** Design visual assets for digital and print media (posters, banners, newsletters, landing pages, documents, social media content, etc.), ensuring visual and message consistency. * **Presentation Design:** Create disruptive presentations that effectively communicate each client’s message and captivate their audience. * **Visual Asset Creation:** Design high-quality icons and infographics to enhance user experience and visual communication. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, actively listening and contributing ideas during creative processes. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Minimum **2 years of demonstrable experience as a Visual Designer**, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in conceptualization, composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. * Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. * Basic knowledge of animation and video editing software: Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro (or similar tools). * Basic knowledge of animation and video editing: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. * Communication and collaboration skills: ability to work effectively in teams and learn from other professionals with a positive and proactive attitude. * Autonomy and organization: ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid model, maintaining an agile pace and strong attention to detail. * Languages: Spanish and Catalan; basic English. **Bonus Points:** * Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing. * Familiarity with UX/UI design principles. * Prior experience in a studio or agency setting. **What Do We Offer?** * Hybrid work model with 85\-50% remote work depending on the project you join. * Team bonding!
