We offer interesting opportunities for the position of Sales/Client Service at our vehicle rental offices. This is a fixed-term intermittent position with strong potential for future continuity. The person in this role will efficiently provide services related to vehicle rentals (both at delivery and pickup), using the rules and policies approved by the company. They will facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting all required customer information. Additionally, they will perform their duties considering our customers' needs and in accordance with our quality standards. ### **Responsibilities** * Rent, deliver, and collect vehicles * Monitor the fleet entering and leaving the branch * Process and manage all forms * Settle contracts * Resolve customer inquiries presented at the counter * Manage cash funds * Carefully select customers * Check vehicle conditions, verifying documentation and accessories upon vehicle return ### **Qualifications** * Preferably completed or ongoing medium or higher university education, and/or experience in sales * Essential English level B2 * Excellent interpersonal skills * Commercial and sales orientation * Excellent customer service * European driver's license with at least one year of validity * Possession of residency or work permit in the EU
