JOB OFFERING: Labor Technician / Labor Consultant About us: We are an established consulting firm seeking a Labor Technician/Consultant to join our team. We are looking for an autonomous, solution-oriented professional with hands-on experience in day-to-day labor management for clients. Main responsibilities: \* Comprehensive management of the payroll and social security cycle for the assigned client portfolio. \* Processing of hires, terminations, modifications, and contracts via the RED System and Contrat@. \* Management of temporary incapacity reports (IT) and work-related accidents (Delt@ / CoNTA). \* Filing and payment of IRPF settlements (Forms 111 and 190). \* Direct client advisory services regarding labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and dismissals/settlements. \* Handling simple labor inspection requests and inquiries. Essential requirements: \* Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Administration and Finance. \* Experience: Minimum of \[2 \- 3] years performing similar duties in a consulting or management firm. \* Software: Proficiency in labor management software. \* Official tools: Fluent and routine use of the RED System, SILTRA, Contrat@, Delt@, and the SEPE/TGSS Electronic Headquarters. What we offer: \* Contract: Indefinite part-time contract.
