Our client is a company with a solid track record and a stable portfolio of projects in the Tarragona area, aiming to strengthen its production team with a proactive and leadership-oriented professional. Your mission: As the highest-ranking on-site authority reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will oversee technical execution, human resources, and material resources to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and quality assurance. Your responsibilities: \- Daily coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. \- Layouts, workface organization, and material control. \- Strict supervision of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). \- On-site resolution of technical issues. \- Reporting progress and certifications to Site Management. ### **Requirements** Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Site Manager (Building or Civil Engineering). Mandatory qualification: 60-hour OHS Training (Preventive Resource). Technical training (Vocational Training / Intermediate Degree) will be valued, though practical experience takes priority.
